I am so happy that I got the chance to read this book before anyone else...I loved it!!!
This is the type of paranormal romance I have been waiting for for a long time. I like the fact that the female lead is in the dark about the paranormal world and that the male lead wants to protect her and not so much claim her.
I love Nola! She is funny, hard working, independent, and so very creative. Paul, even though he is the bad guy and a total douche canoe, was pretty outspoken. He was evil and malicious and needs his junk cut off with a rusty razor blade but he has reason for the way he is. Andrik is an amazing character. He is caring, witty, and can be scary when he needs to be. All of the characters are well written and I love that about this story. The story itself gives enough of a backstory to understand where the characters are coming from without dragging the story out.
Overall, this is great read. I really enjoyed it and look forward to reading more by this author.
