Definitely an interesting read. I have read other works by Ms. Weis and this one takes the cake. I love the characters in this novel. At first, I was thinking that this was going to be all about bondage, but infact it is much more than that. Melinda is such an amazing character. The bits and pieces that she reveals about her past makes her such a strong character. Nathan plays a cool savvy businessman who at first glance, the reader could tell he was trouble. The story isn't too dark; just the right amount of suspense mixed with pleasure. Fans of Ms. Weis will not be disappointed when they read Dark Perception. I can't wait for the next book in this series.
